It’s easy to keep track of every aspect of your workout with the built-in 7 Window LED Display. Keep tabs on time, distance and even temperature with the bright, easy-to-read console. When you’re ready to choose a workout program simply scroll through the list of 12 preset programs using the “Quick Key” programming.
It’s critical to exercise within your optimum heart rate zone to maximize exercise efficiency. That’s why the Lifecore LC1050UBs Upright Bike features built-in contact heart rate sensors that display heart rate data right on the console. There are even 4 preset workout programs that automatically adjust your workout based on heart rate data.
