LifeSpan TR4000i Treadmill's exercise programs are grouped by exercise motivation, including Weight Loss, Healthy Living, Sports Training and Heart Rate Control. Plug in your mp3 player to listen to your favorite music on the treadmill's high quality speakers. Large, comfortable handlebars let you conveniently and safely change speed and incline, and measure your heart rate. EZ Drop™ safely and softly lowers the treadmill deck to the ground, and Intelli-Guard™ automatic safety pause stops the treadmill belt from moving when no one is walking or running on the treadmill.
