The PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Set replaces 16 pairs of dumbbells or 825 lbs of free-weights. The weight range for the 9.0 Set is 5lbs - 50lbs per hand. Increments achieved are: 2.5 lbs, 5 lbs, 7.5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 17.5 lbs, 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 27.5 lbs, 30 lbs, 35 lbs, 37.5 lbs, 40 lbs, 45 lbs, 47.5 lbs and 50 lbs per hand.
The Sport 9.0 set can be expanded to 90 lbs per hand with the optional Stage II Kit, and again to 130 lbs per hand with the Stage III Kit.(In Store Sales Only)
