Spirit XE395 Elliptical
The Spirit XE395 elliptical offers a 0-15% power incline ramp and advanced programming features as well as a compact space efficient design. It features a 3-position adjustable foot pedal angle, upper handle mounted resistance and ramp angle switches for ease of use and a comfortable 20" stride length.
The Spirit XE395 elliptical provides 20 levels of resistance, a 30lb steel flywheel, oversized foot pedals with a 2-degree inward slant to provide a natural movement, contact and telemetry heart rate monitoring. Additional features include a backlit tri-color LCD screen as well as cooling fans and a water bottle holder.
Kinetic Energy
Some fitness equipment companies talk about the weight of their flywheel as though it were the most important part of the elliptical trainer. But a heavy flywheel can actually make it more difficult to use, and create an unsmooth pedaling motion. Instead, Spirit focuses on the kinetic energy at the foot pedal. Taking into account the flywheel weight, pulley diameters, belt length, belt tension, foot pedal angle, and stride length they have developed the perfect formula to assure the smoothest start and finish during each elliptical motion. The best way to feel the right kinetic energy is to get on a Spirit Fitness elliptical trainer and give it a workout.
Adjustable Foot Pedals
Spirit Ellipticals foot pedal has three different adjustment angles. Simply pull the handle on the back of the foot pedal and adjust from zero to five to ten degrees. This will allow you to find the most comfortable position for your gait pattern. This exclusive feature is found on the Spirit XE295 and XE395 elliptical trainers.
Dual Wheels
All Spirit Fitness elliptical trainers come with dual wheels on aluminum extruded tracks. The custom-designed dual concave wheels give each pedal twice the support of a single wheel, which translates into a more stable pedaling motion. Combine this with the aircraft-quality T6069 extruded aluminum wheel track and you get the smoothest and most stable elliptical trainer on the market.
The Two-Degree Difference
Spirit Fitness elliptical trainers have an integrated two-degree inward tilt to make your workout more comfortable. This exclusive design puts you in a more ergonomically correct position. Two degrees may not sound like much, but this is an example of where the spirit of innovation makes for a better workout experience. This small but critical detail is only one example of what separates the Spirit Fitness elliptical trainers from their competitors.
