What to Expect When You're Expecting

Please review the important information below to ensure proper delivery of your item(s)

Delivery Appointment

  • The Freight Carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.  An appointment is required to receive your item(s)
  • Please note  The Fitness Outlet is not affiliated with the freight carrier
  • Delivery times cannot be arranged by Fitness Outlet on behalf of the customer
  • Delivery can only be arranged once the shipment arrives at the loca terminal in your area 
  • Should you not be available during the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees as charged by the freight carrier

 Receiving Your Item

  • Free Standard Delivery is curbside
  • You must be present when the item is delivered to sign for it or have someone receive it for you
  • The freight carrier will not assist in transporting items inside your home or up/down steps.  The freight carrier is not the assembly company
  • Additional Delivery Services are available and highly recommended:
    • Liftgate ($65)  bringing the item off the truck via hydraulic lift
    • Threshold Delivery ($109, includes liftgate) Up to the first threshold of your residence, such as garage, or front/back door.  No stairs or inner rooms.  For liability reasons, delivery personnel cannot come into your residence

Inspect Box DO NOT SIGN ANYWHERE BEFORE INSPECTING YOUR PRODUCT

  • While the driver is still present, inspect the box on the outside for any damage

Small Damage (crushed, torn, or holes in box)

  • If any of the above is visible, please DO NOT refuse shipment but make sure to note on the delivery receipt  DAMAGED
  • Make sure the driver checks the box on the Delivery Receipt indicating DAMAGED

>  Major Damage on outside of box or damage to the actual product (not just the box), please REFUSE THE DELIVERY

Unbox and Inspect

  • If your product is damaged, please contact us immediately
  • After unboxing the item, do not discard the box and packaging until you are certain there is no damage
  • In the case a replacement item is necessary and is sent out, you must repackage the damaged product in order for the freight carrier to collect while delivering the new replacement item
