The IC6 Indoor Cycle utilizes a powerful full-color Watt Rate® TFT computer, self-powered by the bike’s generator, to provide the meaningful connection of exercisers to their workout. This interaction includes data exchange between devices and the Coach By Color® intensity guide.

The Watt Rate® TFT Computer 2.0 was redesigned and reengineered for IC6, IC7 and IC8 Indoor Cycles. It is a robust computer that features intuitive exerciser navigation and high-speed connection. The computer has a bright, self-powered, fully integrated TFT screen and a front LED display, which simultaneously displays individual training intensity for the user and the trainer.

ABOUT THE IC6

The IC6 introduces the Watt Rate® TFT computer, which features performance in watts, data exchange with external devices and Coach By Color® intensity guide, on a full-color display. The IC6 bike is also self-powered, capturing your energy as you ride.

WATT RATE® COLOR TFT CONSOLE

The Watt Rate® Full Color TFT Computer features a bright, self-powered, fully integrated TFT screen and a front LED display. The screen displays a wealth of valuable training data such as watts, heart rate, rpms, exercise duration and resistance level.

WATT RATE® POWER METER

The Watt Rate® Power Meter displays a precise measurement of your effort in watts. This precision is achieved by using the patented flywheel run down technology and while riding, a positioning sensor measures the resistance applied to the magnetic brake system.

SELF-POWERED GENERATOR

Renewable, green-energy. No batteries required. Capturing your energy, the compact generator at the flywheel recharges the bike's integrated lithium polymer battery.

USER-ASSIST POSTS

User assist handlebar post technology reduces the handlebar weight, making it simple to customize the bike fit.

POLY-V BELT DRIVETRAIN

The drivetrain equipped with Poly-V belt can transfer extreme levels of torque smoothly and its 1:10 gear ratio generates an incredibly fast flywheel speed.

155 MM Q-FACTOR

Offers superior biomechanics. A Q-Factor of 155 mm makes the IC6 feel more like a real bike. The benefits include increased safety, comfort, and efficiency in every pedal stroke.

COACH BY COLOR

The Coach by Color® power program improves your riding experience and helps you achieve your fitness goals by delivering real-time, color-coded feedback. Coach by Color has five colored training zones: white, blue, green, yellow and red. The color you see while you ride is controlled by your functional threshold of power (FTP.) Once your personal FTP is established by the bike's computer, you're able to accurately understand your effort as you ride. And when you pair Coach by Color with Myride Personal or the ICG training app, expert instruction from Team ICG coaches you to achieve your goals.

WATT RATE COLOR TFT CONSOLE

Features a bright, self-powered, fully integrated full color TFT screen and a front LED display. This patented feature displays your training intensity. The screen displays a wealth of valuable training data such as watts, heart rate, RPMs, exercise duration and resistance level. The five touch sensor buttons ensure a fast and intuitive operation of the computer, even during workouts.

Display 1

  • Shows “actual” performance data in one screen view, including RPMs, resistance level, watts and training zone.

Display 2

  • Shows further detailed “actual” performance data such as heart rate, watt / KG and watt / HR.

Display 3

  • Provides the user with a quick review of “maximum” and “average” performance values during the workout.

Display 4

  • Displays real-time feedback of the user's time in each training zone – watt rate, or heart rate training modes, along with how many miles and calories have been burnt in each training zone.

    I recently purchased the IC6 to fill the void left after my local gym shut down due to COVID-19 restrictions. My gym has used several different indoor cycling bikes in the past but is currently using the IC4 series (also available from TheFitnessOutlet). For home use, I really wanted to try the upgraded computer and MyRideVX so I opted for the IC6. The bike feels great and I couldn't be happier with the fit and ride of this machine! The upgraded coach by color feature is very helpful and helps push me when I ride without an instructor. However, with MyRide VX you have a pretty decent instructor substitute and I've been enjoying it so far. It's great to have so much content on the device that does NOT require subscription. I imagine that over time the content will get a little old but I hope that there are content upgrade options at a later time if/when I get to that point. Still there are a few dozen different workouts with plenty of great scenery so it should last for quite awhile. The customer service has been great. I reached out and received multiple responses within just minutes and my issues where immediately resolved. I couldn't ask for anything else from a reseller. You probably won't find better pricing on this equipment either.
