G7, OR YOU WASTED YOUR MONEY
My first experience with the G7 was actually in my local Gym, Edge fitness. The exact system was located in one of their smaller rooms due to the size of the machine, as it fit very well in their corner space. The G7 has met my expectations and more. It's very sturdy, well built and quiet. The team assembled my machine in about 2.5 hours. Delivery process was lengthy but smooth. Highly recommend!! Perfect addition to the home gym!!

BEST TOTAL WORKOUT EVER.
My trainer loves it. My wife and I work out with our trainer. Easy transition from one exercise to another. Easy to change weights, no effort. Unit gets lots of use. My two nephews work out with their spouses and a trainer in addition to myself and my wife. We go back to back or alternate days. Love it! I would buy life fitness equipment over other brands any day.

TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPMENT
I use the Life Fitness G7 Functional Trainer for strength and endurance training. The cables glide exceptionally smoothly, and it has enough in terms of weights to push the limits of conditioned athletes. It is an incredibly versatile machine that can be used to target every muscle group. I can't recommend it enough.
