Very good quality products. Good customer service. Stephanie was very helpful. Ordered several machines. Thanks!

Very good customer service. My item was over 2 weeks late but they stayed on top of the situation and followed up regularly. In the end I received my brackets and was very happy with the product.

Well, this was a pleasant experience.I’ve had a home gym for over six years, and during that time I’ve purchased equipment from at least 15 different vendors. Like anything else, some vendors are good, some are bad, and every now and then you come across one that is truly exceptional. That has absolutely been my experience with The Fitness Outlet. From their reasonable pricing, to free shipping, to genuinely responsive customer service, everything was top shelf. They responded to emails literally within hours and even followed up with actual phone calls to check on the status of my delivery. Frankly, that level of customer care is so rare today that it genuinely caught me off guard. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually values its customers after the sale is made. I highly recommend The Fitness Outlet for all of your home gym equipment needs. Ron

They were great to deal with from start to finish. They are in constant phone contact from order placement, delivery, and installation. It was nice to have a company be proactive at every stage of the process. I love the product as well!

The sauna that I ordered was the exact one that I wanted. It was so easy to assemble and works perfectly. The customer service I received from Adrianna was amazing! So kind and patient and she always seemed available to answer any questions I had. Great job Fitness Outlet!

Wow! I was so amazed by this company, I own a boutique Pilates studio and needed to order an MVE Pilates Chair from Mad Dog athletics, which they were out of stock! I'm so happy with The Fitness outlet, they had the chair in stock, brand new, free shipping and a better price than Madd Dog athletics. I'm definitely a return and very satisfied customer!!

Great experience. They have all most popular rower for me to try; They match the lowest price on the market; They deliver to door free; They called me to follow up around one month after the purchase and made me feel secure for after-sale service.

I would like to share the wonderful experience had with my purchase from the Fitness Outlet. Once I submitted my order the website responded by saying the order would ship in 10 -14 days. Once the order shipped I got an email from Fitness Outlet to check and confirm that all the items were there when they arrive and how to proceed if there was damage or missing items. Also, the freight company that was delivering my order was unable to reach me. I got another email from Fitness Outlet with the freight company’s number and my purchase information to contact them to schedule my delivery. The process was easy and the customer service was “Outstanding” – job well done, Fitness Outlet. Thank You!!

Shipping and communication was great. We installed it the same day and are enjoying using the equipment. I would buy from this company again.

This was our second bigger purchase of equipment from Fitness Outlet, and we had another excellent experience. This time, we had full delivery and installation. The tech Toi and his son Isaiah did a great job and were very careful in our home. When the safety key on the treadmill wasn't working as it should, Toi drove round trip back to the warehouse to get a replacement part, so the job was finished the same day. Before leaving, he spent time with us to discuss cleaning and maintenance. We had a great experience from the showroom through installation. We will definitely be back the next time we need gym equipment.

I wanted a bench that was not in stock. They found the perfect bench that had the adjustments I needed to fit inside my power cage. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about gym equipment. They sent me pictures. The bench arrived across country in record time. They sent tracking info too. I easily rate this fitness outlet 5 stars. Excellent customer service all the way around. When I upgrade my gym, I'll start right here!

I have ordered a reformer from the Fitness Outlet and had the best experience with this company. Once I placed the order, they confirmed it, and were on top of things. Whenever there was a change in the order status she would call and update me. She even called to make sure we were happy with the delivery and with the product itself. I would not hesitate to use The Fitness Outlet for all of my fitness needs.

I had an amazing experience in purchasing my HOIST home gym at the Fitness Outlet. The were amazing and gave me the best deal ever and I definitely will return to buy more equipment. They made the buying, delivery and the installation so easy, and I was surprised at the high quality of service all through these steps that I experienced!

As a part of our corporate office remodel, we had plans to expand and improve the experience of our fitness center. I had no clue where to start and reached out to the Fitness Outlet for help. Their commercial sales team took the lead in helping us determine what type of equipment made sense for our space, suggesting different options for the layout. They were such a pleasure to work with and guided us through the entire process. We are THRILLED with our new gym and highly recommend working with them for any fitness equipment needs. Thank you!

Order was quickly shipped via freight and delivered with out damage. Quick response to customer service emails. I will definitely reach out when I need to order another large piece of equipment.
