Dynamic adjustment is the essence behind the new ROC-IT™ line from HOIST®. Using ROX™ technology, the user becomes an integral part of the exercise by continuously adjusting the position of the user with the movement of the exercise arm. As a result, the ROC-IT line embodies a unique training experience that achieves the unrestricted joint movement and core activating benefits of functional training coupled with the stabilizing benefits of machine-based equipment. Try it out for yourself and experience the ride of the ROC-IT line!

  • Contoured press arm handles provide multiple grip positions
  • Starts with the exercise handles positioned at chest level, then rocks rearward to align the handles with the chin mimicking the natural angular or arched movement of a incline bench press
  • Designed to reduce the stresses placed upon the anterior shoulder capsule associated with horizontal extension and internal rotation of the arm
  • Synchronized converging exercise motion replicates dumbbell presses
  • Counter-balanced exercise arm
  • Ratcheting seat adjustment

Good for late

I use machines once stabilization and form starts to feel shaken. It helps Me keep going. This machine felt like good range of motion and excellent chest contraction. Like others have said, I wish there was a conversion table showing force applie/weight lifted vs what’s on the bar. I just doubt at the end of a workout I’m doing 230 for reps.

I Really like it

I use this chest press machine at my gym once a week. It feels really nice. I only wish there was a table on it that told me how much weight i'm lifting. For every 45lbs plate I add, how much of that am I actually lifting? I can't find the conversion table on the website either.

Quality Chest Machine

I use this machine at the gym I go to. It is simple to use, and I get a great pump after using it. It gives you a great range of motion and helps to isolate your chest, enabling maximum muscle stimulation.
