Spri Compact Performance Sled
The Compact Performance Sled is a heavy-gauge steel, solid welded construction, 45 pound sled that trains speed, quickness and explosiveness. Dual-point harness attachment provides an even load while pulling. Flat bottom rails slide smoothly on most surfaces. 14" center post accommodates up to 315 pounds in Olympic plates. Plates should separately. Includes a harness attachment.
